  1. Introduction As Sahra Spare Parts, we prioritize customer satisfaction. This return and refund policy explains the return and refund processes for purchases made through sahraspareparts.com.
  2. Return Conditions Products that meet the following conditions can be returned:

A return request must be created within 7 days from the product delivery date.

The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Custom production or special order products cannot be returned.

If the license is activated for electronic or software-based products, returns are not accepted.

After receiving approval, you must send the product to the specified address.

When the product reaches us and the inspection is completed, your return process will be initiated.

Payments will be made with the payment method used during the order.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

If the product is damaged or missing, an exchange may be offered instead of a return.
