Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction As Sahra Spare Parts, we prioritize customer satisfaction. This return and refund policy explains the return and refund processes for purchases made through sahraspareparts.com.
2. Return Conditions Products that meet the following conditions can be returned:

A return request must be created within 7 days from the product delivery date.

The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Custom production or special order products cannot be returned.

If the license is activated for electronic or software-based products, returns are not accepted.

3. Return Process

You can create your return request by sending an e-mail to sahrasoftware@hotmail.com with your order number.

After receiving approval, you must send the product to the specified address.

When the product reaches us and the inspection is completed, your return process will be initiated.

4. Return Process

After the product is inspected, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Payments will be made with the payment method used during the order.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

If the product is damaged or missing, an exchange may be offered instead of a return.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products If the delivered product is defective or damaged:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You can request an exchange or return by sending an e-mail with photos of the damaged product and your order number.

Depending on the results of the inspection, a new product will be sent or a refund will be provided.

Software and digital products without original packaging or opened
